PHOTOS FROM S. CAROLINA!!



The photo of Jamie in her "bonnet" was taken on Tuesday, May 15th as she was being wheeled into surgery. (Notice Jamie has makeup on! Her hair had been done too!) The doctor said she could wear makeup - & sweet Jamie wanted to look good for the surgeons while she was in surgery!!! Too cute.



Lady in pink - is Joanne, Jamie's first nurse. Kathy Roman says that Joanne took such good care of Jamie! She happens (isn't God amazing?) to have a daughter that lives in Denver on CARR STREET!! Jamie is going to visit the daughter when she comes home.



The doctor in the white jacket is Dr. Robert Allen and the one in the green is Dr. Massey. This is the team that performed Jamie's surgery. Jamie says they were/are wonderful physicians and such nice people. Everyone there spoke of prayer and the power of prayer... very comforting. Jamie called Dr. Allen a "real southern gentleman." This picture was taken on Weds. PTL Jamie has been able to stand upright (not hunched over as they had warned her she'd be).

There are many stories already of laughter & taking a two hour "walk around the block" just 24 hours after surgery. Jamie will have to write about those shenanigans herself!

Thanks for your continuing prayers as Jamie continues to heal in S.C. before they head home on Tuesday.
